"Every drop, no matter how small, is important"

I'm not charismatic
I don't draw crowds or hold cities together
I admit I'm jealous of those who can
But it was never my gift
To start movements and organizations
I can only influence what's already there
But You remind me of what I overlook
The writing of an essay
A poem
A suggestion to a friend
Sometimes just the mention of a name
I have helped bring devotees to the gods
When things feel overwhelming
And problems and tasks are so huge
I can't change the world with my will alone
You remind me of the little things I can
The people close to me
The community I could have here
It may be small
But it is not insignificant
